Prioritize maintenance and repair activities for instrumentation, control systems, and electrical equipment.
Review technical drawings, P&IDs, and schematics to guide accurate work execution.
Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, contractors, and customers to support operations.
Oversee installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and testing of sensors, PLCs, control panels, and related systems.
Supervise and direct I&E technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure safe, compliant work practices.
Support system upgrades, commissioning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and replacement parts; assist with procurement needs.

Effective leadership, communication, and team-coordination abilities.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements (NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E).
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities.
Knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation Systems
Proven troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage priorities, multitask, and maintain accurate documentation.
Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, including PLCs and sensors.
ISA CCST certification highly preferred
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems (including PLCs).
Skilled in technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system maintenance.
Valid Driver’s License required
Bilingual skills a plus.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license highly preferred.
