Safety Coordinator

• Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure all staff meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of safety activities.
• Lead, direct, and enforce safety protocols on assigned projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, executive leadership, and field staff to ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Construction Safety Coordinator to join our team. This role provides vital onsite support to our field operations team across the DMV area, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance on all projects. The ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish is essential to supporting our diverse workforce and ensuring safety standards are upheld.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels.
• Based at our Sterling, VA headquarters with regular travel to sites across the DMV area.
• OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certified.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.
• 1+ years of experience in a safety coordination role within construction.
