- Maintain cleanliness in community common areas, including office, clubhouse, laundry centers, and storage rooms
- Trash out and clean vacated units as needed
- Assist with make‑ready preparations as directed
- Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and to company standards
- Support the on‑site team and collaborate with staff members
- Work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required

- Live within a 20‑mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate
