Identify major technical uncertainties and present solution options for management decisions.
Serve as an advisor for the analysis and solution of engineering problems and interpret drawings, verbal instructions, and applicable codes relevant to project requirements and the ability to articulate explanations.

Interface and coordinate with other engineering disciplines and the client in developing the design.
Establish or assist in establishing and maintaining work plans to ensure schedules are met and stakeholder requirements are satisfied. Create and track actions, estimate hours, and update schedules.

Level One: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical (or related) Engineering with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive related professional work experience.
Experience with ASME B31 codes, ASME BPVC, and International Plumbing Code used in design of piping and plumbing systems.
U.S. Professional Engineering License (or ability to obtain).
Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Experience in working with procedures meeting quality assurance programs such as ASME NQA-1, ISO-9001, or AS9100D.
Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred experience with International Mechanical Code, ASHRAE, and/or SMACNA codes typically used in HVAC systems.
Experience in Piping and Instrument Diagram (P&ID) development, piping system design, equipment, pipe sizing calculations, and equipment specification and design development for waste processing, nuclear, refinery, DOE projects, DoD projects, or chemical process facilities.
Level Two: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical (or related) Engineering with a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive related professional work experience.
