Fitout Projects Engineer

Description

The Fitout Project Engineer will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fitout works for luxury villa projects, ensuring that all works are carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage site activities effectively under the supervision of the Project Manager.

• Monitor daily site activities, ensuring adherence to approved schedules and safety procedures.
• Conduct inspections and support the snagging and handover process.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure installation complies with project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely progress.
• Support the Project Manager in executing luxury villa fitout projects from start to completion.
• Supervise on-site fitout, joinery, and finishing works to maintain high-quality standards.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and local authority regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in fitout engineering for luxury villas or high-end interior projects in the UAE.
