

Manufacturer of integrated electrical power distribution and control systems for industrial and utility markets.
The role requires documenting and tracking the status of all production line shortages, working closely with Purchasing, Shop, and Manufacturing staff to ensure timely delivery of shortage items, and maintaining line‑side stock. Additional duties include staging ship‑loose materials, sequencing materials for assembly and wiring, auditing parts return carts, verifying pick carts, processing engineering change orders and related requests, and attending weekly production meetings while adhering to all shop floor safety rules.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Preferred qualifications include the ability to read MRP, stock status, and shortage reports, proficiency in running Oracle database queries and using Excel, strong multitasking and analytical abilities, excellent oral and written communication, solid organizational skills, dependability, and demonstrated leadership.
The position is safety‑sensitive, situated in a temperature‑controlled manufacturing or industrial setting with occasional outdoor activities, and requires wearing appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, hard hats, bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, and fall‑protection gear when needed.
Physical demands involve maintaining balance while walking, standing, crouching, and climbing ladders or stairs, bending and extending the body in various directions, continuous standing and walking, frequent use of upper extremities above shoulder level, and the ability to lift objects up to 50 lb.
