- Working across a broad range of instructions – dilapidations, condition surveys, defect analysis, feasibility reports, party wall, design/specifications and JCT contract admin.
- Experience across commercial, retail or education sectors.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients.
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when needed.
- MRICS Chartered (or close to achieving it).
