Manage logistics lifecycle, eCRAFT reporting, and cost monitoring for defense contracts.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics management.
Ensuring complete and accurate logistics execution and cost reporting by Maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to optimize logistics support and compliance.
Conduct rigorous contract cost monitoring to maintain accuracy and protect against mischarging or fraud.
Utilize the Electronic Cost Reporting and Financial Tracking (eCRAFT) system to monitor contract costs, prepare reports, and track expenditures.
While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk for long periods at a time, sit, use of hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, or smell.

Lead the team in logistics processes from acquisition to disposal, ensuring timely and efficient management of goods, personnel, and supplies.
Delivering timely and reliable financial and logistics reporting.
Prepare and submit reports using the eCRAFT Periodic Report Utility (ePRU) and analyze financial and logistics data to recommend improvements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.

Outdoor work, if any, is subject to temperature extremes and inclement weather conditions.
At least four (4) years of experience supporting C4ISR or similar systems, involving analyzing engineering/systems management data, developing logistics plans and procedures, and formulating logistics management plans and guidelines. (Experience may be achieved simultaneously.)
Seven (7) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, including logistics management principles, practices, and processes.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
Proficient with integrated logistics systems and contract cost monitoring tools such as eCRAFT.
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
Familiarity with GOVT Contract & Contracts acquisition management.
May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
Five (5) years general experience in logistics management, preferably within federal service contracts or related sectors.
