Aid in the development of equipment maintenance plans
Lead the efforts in performing RCM/FMEA on critical assets
Define reliability-based queries and reports to support a continuous improvement process
Lead the efforts in performing criticality analysis and determination of risk priority numbers for the site’s assets
Aid in the development of equipment, system and location hierarchy
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a safe working environment.
Perform calculations and optimizations of asset life-cycle costs
Develop and analyze downtime reports while identifying trends and providing insights for process improvement.
Execute the identification and resolution of chronic failures
Lead initiatives to optimize equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency, including power-saving strategies.
Perform the RCA’s on contributors to yield, utilization and capacity losses (attributed to equipment, processes, etc.)
Coordinate the implementation of the reliability-based maintenance strategies

Minimum of 1 year of experience with the application of Six Sigma, 5S and/or Lean manufacturing principles in a manufacturing setting.
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills with various personnel in a variety of settings (shop floor, peers, plant leadership, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology from an accredited institution
