Monitors scheduling processes for inefficiencies or areas for optimization. Implement innovative technologies, methodologies, or best practices to enhance scheduling accuracy, reduce conflicts, and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
Leads a team of schedulers and support staff. Responsible for recruitment, training, mentorship, and performance management within the scheduling department. Cultivates a collaborative and purposeful culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in scheduling practices.
Responsible for the management and execution of project controls, systems, processes, and personnel, for development, forecasting and monitoring of projects and programs schedules for transmission, substation, distribution, and gas (PECO and BGE) projects and programs.
Serves as a change agent for business initiatives and assures the human element is understood and considered including timely recognition of employees. Use effective performance management to provide accurate and timely feedback and identify opportunities for growth and learning
Ensures all scheduling practices adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational policies and metrics. Maintains accurate records and documentation to support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews.
Works with department heads, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues, plan contingencies, and keep everyone updated.

Project management and operations experience
