Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance
Be able to raise maintenance request for any major equipment breakdown
Monitoring pump rates, tubing depth, weight, and well parameters during operations.
Assisting in rig-up and rig-down of coiled tubing equipment at the wellsite.
Performing pre-job inspections, function tests, and pressure testing of all equipment.
Conducting safety and risk assessment and preparing preventive and proactive measures to identify potential hazards.
Setting up, monitoring and operating multiple machines simultaneously to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
Mixing and pumping fluids, chemicals, or nitrogen as required for the job program.
Preparing equipment in the base performing the required testing and maintenance needed to have it in operational status
Adhering to operational and safety processes and procedures

Have a minimum of a high school diploma
Have experience with coil units for a minimum of 2 years
Have experience in rig-up and rig-down of coiled tubing equipment at the wellsite.
Have experience with operating coiled tubing equipment for a minimum of 2 years
Be able to operate coiled tubing unit, injector head, reel, control console, and pressure control equipment (BOP, stripper, lubricator).
Have experience with operating nitrogen pumps for a minimum of 2 years is preferred
Be able to learn from mistake, hardworking, able to work in shift under pressure.
Shift-based - 6 weeks on, 4 weeks off (rotational shift)
Have experience mixing and pumping fluids, chemicals, or nitrogen as required for the job program is preferred
