Analyze drawings and specifications to evaluate risks and opportunities.
Reviewing and assisting with proposals and working with the estimating team for various components of the work to evaluate the best value for money/options.
Provide oversight and direction to estimators and engineers in the development phase of a collaborative contract model.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Participate in task force meetings with the designer and bring constructability to the project solution.
Support the selection of key subcontractors and trade partners. Lead and guide Construction efforts through responsible Superintendents, Field Engineers and Project Engineers.

Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

Ability to generate conceptual estimates for the Advance Technology Facilities market. Experience with Pre-Construction/Construction Management activities in the Advanced Technology market for large scale facilities (ideally $500M and above), (Data centers, hyperscale facilities, AI facilities, Semi-conductor facilities for example) is preferred
Undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management, construction engineering, or other engineering disciplines. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or construction-related technology and 10 plus years of construction management experience or at least 15 years of construction management experience if no degree, with the ability and experience developing and leading estimates and construction teams in self-performed construction.
Ability to lead estimates and multiple teams.
Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time, with a strong safety and quality focus and record on past jobs.
