Work alone with minimum supervision or within a team to carry out routine maintenance, repair, and cleaning activity across the estate
Responsible for ensuring cleaning materials and chemicals are available at all sites
To undertake any allocated jobs as directed by Maintenance Manager, in line with requests sent via PDA/mobile devices
To carry out general duties including support by manual labour for relocations and moves, tidying and cleaning Estates areas and Plant rooms.
To respond promptly and efficiently to breakdowns and ensure all associated paperwork is completed in a satisfactory, accurate and prompt manner

Ability to work well in a team or unsupervised
