- Managing purchasing, production planning, taking into account available capacity and stock levels.
- Managing Material Master and Intercompany price adjustments.
- Discuss any adjustments to the planning with the relevant departments.
- Coordinating people and resources planning with all relevant Plant departments and the various Kingspan sales offices (daily).
- Responsible for correctly updating data in the ERP system (SAP).
- Contribute ideas on potential efficiency improvements in Production, Warehouse and Transport.
- Managing KTI and Subcontracting processes.
- Determining purchasing, production and capacity planning using sales forecast and open orders.
- Assuring optimal balance between customer service and cost-efficient planning.

- Strong experience working in a similar role within a production environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Extensive experience with ERP (preferably SAP).
- Bachelor degree education (in the field of Logistics & Economics / Supply Chain).
