This role is responsible for setting up and operating the simpler machines in Department 44, covering tasks such as assembly, drilling, tapping, grinding, painting, and handwork.
Daily duties involve operating equipment, conducting quality checks, maintaining coolant levels, handling tooling, wearing required PPE, completing necessary paperwork, and performing any additional tasks assigned.
The position requires the ability to read manufacturing prints and work order packets, sharpen chasers, perform basic CMBIS transactions, interpret drawings for equipment setup, and troubleshoot minor issues.
Candidates must have equivalent experience with ABC print and work order reading, detailed machine operation training, and be able to safely lift, lower, push, or pull up to 40 lb.
