- Support sourcing activities, including RFQ/RFI preparation and analysis.
- Schedule technical reviews with suppliers and engineering as needed.
- Update internal RFQ tracking systems.
- Load supplier pricing into the ERP system.
- Gather drawings and technical requirements for RFQs.
- Work with other functional departments for cadence reporting.
- Submit first article inspection requests through internal applications and follow up until completion.
- Follow up with awarded suppliers for timely implementation.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and work with drawing databases.
