  • Support sourcing activities, including RFQ/RFI preparation and analysis.
  • Schedule technical reviews with suppliers and engineering as needed.
  • Update internal RFQ tracking systems.
  • Load supplier pricing into the ERP system.
  • Gather drawings and technical requirements for RFQs.
  • Work with other functional departments for cadence reporting.
  • Submit first article inspection requests through internal applications and follow up until completion.
  • Follow up with awarded suppliers for timely implementation.

  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and mechanical knowledge.
  • Experience in supply chain and engineering coordination.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and work with drawing databases.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
