Customer Value Architect - USA

Description

The Customer Value Architect will drive adoption, define and validate value, and expand usage of the Neara platform. The role requires strong technical curiosity, enjoyment of customer engagement, and the ability to translate solutions into quantifiable ROI.

• Master the Neara software platform to translate its functionality and value to customers.
• Work onsite with customers to drive platform adoption and ensure ease of use across their organization.
• Verify that Neara solutions are delivered as scoped and achieve identified business outcomes.
• Understand customers’ strategic goals and guide them on how Neara can enable or enhance those goals.
• Act as a trusted commercial and technical advisor, embedding Neara into customer workflows and change management.
• Co‑create business cases and ROI metrics, supporting internal reporting and value reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities for additional Neara solutions based on customer pain points.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with a broad stakeholder audience within customer accounts.
• Partner with Neara Sales and Deployment teams to ensure customer happiness, adoption, and measurable value.
• Design and deliver targeted training sessions and workshops aligned with customer objectives.
• Surface emerging client needs and inform account strategies and growth opportunities for Neara.
• Provide feedback to product and sales teams to shape future offerings.

Requirements

• Significant experience in enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management, preferably in a large consulting firm.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms, deployments, and software engineering or related technical background.
• Proven ability to develop tangible customer value and ROI frameworks aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities, translating outcomes into technical solutions.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, building trusted, transparent relationships.
• Proficiency in programming, data integration, and using tools such as macros and various software languages to create tailored solutions.
• Experience in infrastructure, especially the energy sector, is a plus.
