The Senior Survey Manager will lead and manage all surveying activities for the Qiddiya Project and other infrastructure constructions across Saudi Arabia. This role ensures precise site layouts, accurate measurements, and reliable land assessments while complying with project specifications and local regulations.
Key aspects of the position include strategic planning of surveying operations, development of standards, and coordination with project managers, design teams, and contractors. The manager will mentor a team of surveyors and technicians, oversee data quality, validate methodologies and equipment, and ensure all work meets Saudi regulatory and industry standards. Effective stakeholder communication and documentation are also essential.
- Lead planning and execution of surveying strategies for large‑scale construction projects, coordinating with project managers, designers, and contractors.
- Develop and enforce surveying standards and procedures across multiple sites.
- Manage, mentor, and allocate resources for teams of surveyors, assistants, and technicians to meet project milestones.
- Oversee topographic, cadastral, geodetic, and construction staking surveys, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Approve final survey deliverables and verify alignment with design and construction requirements.
- Review and validate survey methodologies, equipment (GPS, total stations, drones, 3D scanners) and software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, Leica).
- Resolve complex issues such as land boundary disputes and inconsistencies in topographic data.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, project specifications, and industry standards; maintain comprehensive survey records.
- Serve as primary contact for survey matters, presenting findings and technical reports to clients, consultants, and authorities.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s or professional certifications preferred. A minimum of ten years of relevant experience, including three to five years in a senior leadership role on large‑scale Middle East projects, is required. Advanced knowledge of surveying tools, strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s or professional certifications preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of surveying experience, including 3‑5 years in senior leadership on large infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
- Possess advanced knowledge of surveying equipment, geospatial tools, and software; strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GIS, BIM integration, and digital survey workflows is a plus.
