

Provides water and wastewater services to over 15 million people across London and the Thames Valley.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, and working closely with the Digital Business Manager, Comms lead and TMO. This role will drive change management for the Transformation workstream, defining, designing and executing the strategic engagement and interventions across a diverse stakeholder base. The programme sits across a number of transformational sub-initiatives, including the implementation of new Operating model and Organisational design, Service definition workstreams as well various Digital leadership sponsored initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Change Manager to lead on the Digital Transformation and Strategy activities.
