Description
As a Staff Risk & Compliance Analyst in the Power IT GRC function, you will support day‑to‑day IT governance, risk, and compliance activities that underpin the Power segment’s SOX assurance. You will help advance a multi‑year control rationalization and automation roadmap, establish clear KPIs/KRIs, and deepen your expertise in GRC practices.
- Maintain the IT governance framework and associated documentation.
- Coordinate SOX compliance testing, documentation, and status reporting.
- Lead deficiency identification, tracking, and remediation across GRC domains.
- Perform routine testing and support standardization in ERP control areas such as IAM, privileged access, SDLC/DevOps, and IT operations.
- Draft and update IT policies for security, data management, and access control.
- Conduct risk assessments, document findings, and maintain risk registers.
- Support internal and external audit requests, gather evidence, and track remediation progress.
- Monitor regulatory changes (SOX, NIS2, GDPR) and update control and policy mappings.
- Develop and coordinate compliance training and awareness programs.
- Build and maintain dashboards reporting IT risk posture, compliance status, and control effectiveness.
