We’re seeking a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market execution for a portfolio of applications within the Construction Business Unit, owning demand generation and guiding the shift from application‑led to platform‑led, customer‑centric marketing.
The role offers ownership of marketing activities tied to revenue, cross‑sell, and platform adoption goals, the chance to develop high‑value ABM campaigns, and direct involvement in customer storytelling while working in a collaborative, high‑impact environment where marketing drives business success.
- Define and execute marketing plans targeting ICPs and personas, including cross‑sell and ABM campaigns.
- Own full‑funnel campaign planning and delivery across email, digital, webinars, social media, and events.
- Create and manage campaign content, landing pages, nurture flows, and conduct A/B testing using HubSpot and AI tools.
- Track and report campaign performance via HubSpot, Salesforce, and Monday.com, refining tactics to boost conversion and ROI.
- Partner with Sales to develop customer case studies, testimonials, and proof points that are metric‑driven and commercially relevant.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure consistent messaging and support field teams.
- Stay informed on competitive dynamics and market insights to keep campaigns relevant.
