Develop new business for the Company in line with the Company’s strategy and long-term goals.
Effective communication with company engineering staff to ensure complete designs as may be required that convey clear scope and scope within project established budget.
Communicate and turn over complete, detailed estimates to Service Operations team.
Supervise Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators including weekly, monthly, and annual coaching, mentoring, and training.
Maintain and control documents in compliance with Company Standards as well as contractual compliance.
Collaborate with field labor supervision to plan, organize and schedule project work including preparation of subcontracts.
Ensure full compliance with Company Safety Program on the jobsites.
Maintain working knowledge of accounts (clients), work scope and specifications of projects developed and contracted.
Review contract drawings, detail drawings and specifications.
Estimate and negotiate change orders.
Provide proactive, clear, and timely communication to team members.
Create and manage all project schedules in Smartsheet.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Track all sales leads and opportunities in the CRM (currently Unanet).
Consult with clients on the performance of mechanical system operations, resulting in budget-based projects that meet the client’s needs supporting system performance and energy conservation.
Expedite and track deliveries of materials, fixtures, specials, and equipment.
Create job estimates and prepare project budgets and proposals.
