Description

• Provide technical support and coordinate project activities from acquisition through construction to turnover.
• Track and monitor key construction documentation and assist in contract administration.
• Communicate with internal and external teams, including new tenants, contractors, and signage approvals.
• Manage project filing, archiving, and general administration.
• Conduct final inspections of completed construction work.

• Post‑secondary diploma or degree in a construction‑related program.
• 1–2 years experience in residential, multi‑family construction; developer or general contractor background is a plus.
• Strong understanding of estimating and tendering processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of B.C. building codes, regulations, and specific needs.

Benefits

The position is 100 % office or site based, not hybrid, and reports to the project team as a key coordinator. Compensation varies with experience, with a base salary range of $60,000–$90,000, annual salary reviews, and performance bonuses.
