Experience navigating regulated environments (energy, telco, finance) is highly regarded.
Proven experience designing, editing and optimising digital content across sales or acquisition environments.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Comfort working with structured content - JSON fundamentals, WordPress, HTML/CSS or similar component-based systems.
Confidence working in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at pace.
Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards and conversion-led content design.
