Support workforce planning, productivity tracking, and resource allocation.
Provide technical guidance on wireline (fiber, coax, copper) and wireless (macro, small cell, DAS) construction activities.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with carrier standards, engineering requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners.
Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety requirements.
Provide regular reporting on project status, costs, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
Mentor project managers, coordinators, supervisors, and field leaders.
Drive margin improvement through operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Support estimating, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Review contracts, scopes of work, and unit-rate pricing.
Address non-conformance issues and drive corrective actions.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Support issue resolution related to RF, civil, structural, electrical, and network installation challenges.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
Review construction methodologies, drawings, and work packages for constructability.
Drive consistency in execution through standardized processes and best practices.
Lead end-to-end delivery of wireline and wireless telecommunications construction projects, from planning through close-out.
Track financial performance, approve expenditures, and manage change orders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and delivery excellence.
Ensure quality standards, inspection processes, and documentation are followed.
Support business development efforts through operational input and delivery credibility.
Oversee daily project operations across multiple active projects and crews.

Senior-level role with influence over operations, delivery strategy, and team development.
Strong knowledge of wireline and wireless telecom infrastructure, including fiber, RF systems, towers, small cells, and in-building solutions.
8+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, project delivery, or operations management.
Experience working with major carriers and network operators.
Knowledge of Canadian telecom standards and regulatory environments.
Proven experience leading multi-project portfolios and large, field-based teams.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and productivity metrics.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract management.
Familiarity with SAP, project controls systems, or telecom-specific project management tools.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Background as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Construction Manager, or Program Manager in telecom.
