HVAC Parts Customer Sales Associate - Cincinnati

Description

• Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products
• Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner
• Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing
• Stock inventory as needed in the showroom
• Answering customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi extension phone
• Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts
• Building Relationships
• Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors

Requirements

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Sales experience is preferred
• The physical abilities required for this position include: walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 100lbs).
• Customer Service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED completion is required.
• Distributor knowledge preferred. HVAC knowledge a plus.
• Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system.
