  • Undertake plant replacement, breakdown maintenance & preventative servicing
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on hot water systems, TMVs, backflow devices & general plumbing
  • Complete work orders and reports within required timeframes
  • Participate in the on-call roster for after-hours support
  • Mentor and support apprentices while contributing to a strong safety culture
  • Manage and liaise with sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Ensure compliance with WHSE requirements, legislation, and BGIS systems

  • 1–5 years’ experience in plumbing maintenance and services

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
