Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager (MEP) | Workplace Interiors located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Assistant Project Manager will support the execution of workplace interior projects, assisting in the management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems with knowledge of C&I to coordinate between the various domains. Key responsibilities include project planning, coordination, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery within specified standards.

Requirements

• Expertise in expediting and working as an expediter to streamline project workflows
• Experience in Inspection and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
• Knowledge and skills in Logistics Management to coordinate resources and schedules
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Prior experience in workplace interiors and MEP systems will be an advantage
• Expertise in MEPF coordination & engineering nuances
• Education in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred
