What you would be doing

You will support and work alongside a Senior Design Manager and project team in the planning, monitoring, review, integration and coordination.
- Ensure best practice principles are followed, design assurance and build ability reviews are carried out on a regular basis, design deliverable met and that alignment with commercial strategy is always maintained.
- Record all project interactions related to design and capture design approvals, comments, submissions, and reviews carried out on a daily, monthly and/or on going basis, driving results and ensuring all design is approved in line with project protocols.
- Assist the Senior Design Manager in monitoring risk, converting opportunities and in recording, and assessing the impact of change on the project

- Experience of on-site delivery
- Experience of working effectively and leveraging relationships within other roles within the site, project team to ensure a cohesive approach to design, procurement, and construction.
- Preferable to hold relevant professional qualification in a related subject.
