Synthesize complex data and insights to guide the Commercial team in deal structuring, risk analysis, negotiation, and execution.
Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical tools and models to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, projects, legal, and other teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with organizational goals.

Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and memoranda for internal leadership, Board of Directors, joint venture partners, and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to perform multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels and external partners.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, tact, and clarity in both verbal and written forms.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the energy sector, with emphasis on electricity and natural gas markets.
Financial or commercial experience in midstream and/or power industries.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven expertise in due diligence, market research, and competitive analysis supporting strategic decision-making.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong knowledge of midstream, upstream, power, or decarbonized energy industries.
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
