- Forecast Earned Value and Cashflow with the ability to develop optimal financial strategies with project managers before deployment/commitment of resources.
- Set up project schedule, contract invoicing, and cash milestones.
- Maintain accurate actual revenue and cost records of all medium to large projects.
- Help prepare monthly project forecasts, revenues and margins.
- Track and advise project managers on individual project outstanding DRO (Days Receivable Outstanding) and DBO (Days Billing Outstanding) days.
- Follow up with Clients regarding timely payment within the contractual timeframe, as well as chasing up overdue payments.
- Validate project invoices before submission to the client and track client payment cashflows.
- Reconcile project revenue and costs with the accounts department.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly project reports.
