Conducts process and procedural reviews for seven (7) to nine (9) functional areas across HCTRA divisions to validate that appropriate protocols and procedures are being followed and in compliance with HCTRA and county-wide procedures and policies.
Analyzes the data and testing results to determine potential deviations from the designed processes and procedures, coordinates with supervisors and managers to confirm the potential deviations, and documents the deviations in detailed on testing templates and memos.
Communicates regularly with Process Review Supervisors and Managers on review program status, inquiry status, and potential deviation research status.
Researches customer accounts in order to provide the appropriate response and documentation for all inquiries related to various customer account adjustments.
