Master of Science degree in Science or Engineering with 7+ years of experience with the subject matter focus on one of the areas of expertise listed above. OR
Bachelor of Science degree in Science or Engineering with 10+ years of experience in one of the areas of expertise listed above.
Demonstrated ability to complete complex projects located in coastal environments.
Diplomat in Coastal Port, Ocean and/or Navigation Engineering.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to conduct effective client and agency presentations and written report preparation.
