The assistant will support the Lead Installation Engineer in the safe and efficient installation and removal of homelift products, ensuring the highest health, safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Stannah’s Dedicated Homelift Business is hiring an Assistant Homelift Installer for its Operations Department in the North West of the UK. The role is permanent, full‑time (39 hours per week, Monday‑Friday) and requires a valid UK driving licence.
The ideal candidate enjoys hands‑on work, is eager to learn technical skills, and can work with basic hand tools, understand health and safety requirements, and has a positive, proactive attitude.
A basic understanding of health and safety (including asbestos awareness), experience with hand tools, and competence with smart devices are required. Effective communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional appearance are also essential.
