- You’ll have solid ICT skills, experience using Microsoft Office.
- A customer centric approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience of working in a similar lettings-based role.
- A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle is essential.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of social housing regulations would be preferable.
