Our leasing office is open Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, with one weekday off each week to maintain a 40‑hour schedule. Evening and weekend availability may be required for resident events or based on community needs. Education required is a high school diploma or GED; one year of customer‑service, sales, or leasing experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required and a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional accreditation is a plus.
Leasing consultants receive hourly compensation plus monthly leasing and renewal commissions and incentive programs.
