The Direct Sales Consultant role focuses on face‑to‑face interaction with homeowners, identifying leads and delivering in‑home presentations that qualify solar as a viable solution for families. Success in this position relies on building genuine human connections while working in the field.
Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline from prospect to installation, and providing an industry‑leading customer experience from first contact through system activation. The consultant must accurately track activity in the CRM and meet sales targets set by leadership.
Applicants should have at least one year of sales or lead‑generation experience, be 21 years or older, hold a clean driver’s license, and be comfortable traveling within a local market. Strong communication, teamwork, and basic technology skills (iPad, CRM) are essential.
