- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or modular construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or CPM/CPSM certification preferred).
- Proficient in ERP/procurement systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Yardi, Coupa).
