What you would be doing

Conduct laptop builds and rebuilds for OS, networking and application installations; prepare them for shipping
Conduct regular service reviews with vendors, addressing any issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting operating systems and applications (Windows 11 operating system)
Identify opportunities for service improvement and drive initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Train staff on new technologies and provide ongoing support as needed
Receive IT items and track them in the inventory system based on the office
Utilize tools to track issues, manage tasks, and document resolutions effectively
Conduct IT new hire onboarding sessions
Assist users with support issues, offering solutions for desktop support and technical issues in person and remotely
Support the management of Active Directory users, groups, and computer accounts
Conduct regular maintenance on office equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency
Ship equipment using UPS or FedEx systems; track status of items in transit
Purchase and install peripherals as needed (monitors, keyboards, etc.)
Work with members of the IT team and other workgroups within the organization on projects and initiatives as needed

Dependable with the ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment
A bachelor’s degree in information technology / information systems or a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant working experience
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions
Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users with varying levels of technical expertise
Familiarity with help desk operations and desktop support methodologies
Travel to US offices as needed - around 10% domestically
Computer literate with good experience working with MS Word and Excel
Proficiency supporting Windows operating systems and Dell hardware
Proven ability learning new support processes and techniques
Proven experience supporting Microsoft Teams/ Office 365
Proven ability imaging laptops and troubleshooting operating systems and applications
