- Provide ITPR CTR support with specific focus on NAV-ITS policy
- Provide customer service initial contact support for on-site staff that visit the customer support division
- Maintain Software, Hardware, and Support Service Period of performance database
- Provide reporting and support for ITPfM to ensure procurement records are maintained and available
- Provide support of Enterprise services, ELA, procurements and spending for the ITPfM to ensure budget and asset inventories are met

- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel - running and creating functions, pivot table and charts

- Experienced Navy oversight of Enterprise services, ELA, procurements and spending
- DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Experience facilitating communication with vendors and customers, ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate billing.
- Familiarity with CTR NAV-ITS regulations and associated tools
- 5+ years working within a Data Analysis/Administrative role
