Support the management of infrastructure, public realm, utilities, and estate-wide assets
Serve as a point of contact for selected internal and external stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and consultants

Participate in structured training programs and cross-functional rotations to build core competencies in master community operations
Stay updated on Saudi regulatory frameworks, JOP law, and smart city innovations relevant to estate and community management
Shadow senior managers and technical experts to gain exposure to estate strategy, community operations, and regulatory processes
Attend community meetings, inductions, and engagement events to support transparency and awareness
Participate in asset handover inspections and O&M documentation reviews
Maintain records for estate and community assets, inspections, and service requests
Assist in preparing internal reports, community dashboards, and operational updates
Support the documentation and digitalization of processes across estate and community management systems
Assist in monitoring FM provider performance, maintenance schedules, and asset condition reports
