In this role you will provide high‑quality project and programme management throughout the whole project lifecycle, advise clients on cost, programme, risks and issues, and manage multi‑disciplinary professional teams. You will lead communications and stakeholder relationships, produce monthly reports including schedules and risk registers, and implement effective communication tools and delivery plans. You will also challenge the status quo, pursue performance improvement and adapt to changing environments.

We are recruiting Project Managers at all levels, with a particular focus on the rail market following a significant win. Bring a collaborative, motivated and detail‑oriented approach to a wide variety of complex projects across the region. Your technical competence, lateral thinking, first‑class communication skills and robust commercial awareness will be crucial for delivering better outcomes for clients and communities.
The ideal candidate holds or is working towards chartership with APM, RICS or a similar body, and has significant experience with NEC contracts and project management best practice. Desirable experience includes National Highways work and NEC accreditation. A strong understanding of pre‑ and post‑contract responsibilities and the ability to manage a project through its entire lifecycle are essential.
- Hold or be working towards APM/RICS chartership.
- Demonstrate NEC contract expertise and accreditation preference.
- Possess National Highways experience (desirable).
