- Power Industrial Truck certification (provided if needed).
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- 1 year related manufacturing or powder‑coating experience, or equivalent education/training.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and read/write simple instructions and drawings.
- Measure with a tape to 1/32” tolerance and use combination squares to ±1°.
- Problem‑solving skills to identify options during manufacturing.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and operate large equipment for 8‑12 hours.

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position located in McKinney, TX, with no domestic travel required and no relocation assistance offered. Pay is $19.00 per hour plus the shift differential.
