Comfortable with frequent and long-term wear of heavy PPE (steel-toed boots, face shields, chemical suits, etc.) as required.

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, including CAN Bus and Modbus, for system-level debugging.
Physically able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Proficient in troubleshooting complex electrical issues in high-voltage systems and able to read electrical schematics and single-line diagrams.
7+ years of hands-on experience as a field technician working with high-power equipment; experience with battery or solar systems is a plus.
