To succeed as a Sales Adviser you should demonstrate passion, ambition, drive, a strong work ethic, a positive mindset, professionalism, excellent communication and people skills, and a customer‑focused attitude.
Applicants must hold a full, clean UK driving licence, have access to a well‑maintained personal vehicle and provide proof of business insurance, possess basic IT proficiency, and have the legal right to live and work in the UK. Evidence of right‑to‑work may be a passport or birth certificate, and you will be required to attend a video interview.
We are looking for a customer‑focused, target‑driven individual to join us as a Sales Adviser. The role centers on canvassing and prospecting for new business in the Shepperton property market, representing haart Estate Agents. It offers a supportive, ambitious team environment and clear pathways for career progression.
Successful candidates will receive a £25,000 basic salary with on‑target earnings of £42,000 per year, supplemented by a commission scheme and company‑wide incentive programmes. Full‑time hours are 8:30 am–6:00 pm Monday‑Thursday and 9:00 am–5:00 pm on Saturdays. Additional benefits include 30 days of annual leave, enrolment at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, continued training, career progression opportunities, a pension scheme, employee assistance programme, eye‑care, referral bonus, personal “Talk Time” with CEOs, and eligibility for the CEO Exclusive Achievers Club and annual Elevate Awards.
Your onboarding begins with a fully paid week of industry‑leading training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, followed by a second training week within the first six weeks of employment. Training combines one‑to‑one and group sessions delivered by industry experts, and includes accommodation when travel distance warrants it.
Spicerhaart offers an Employee Assistance Programme with up to six support sessions, and while training costs may be reclaimed if the role is left within 12 months, the company remains forces‑friendly and committed to equal opportunity and diversity. Unsolicited agency CVs are not accepted, and personal data is handled in line with our privacy policy.
Spicerhaart is one of the UK’s most innovative estate agency groups, combining the largest independent residential sales and lettings network with one of the biggest integrated financial service businesses in the country. As an early pioneer of the one-stop shop, we have developed services encompassing mortgages and insurances, conveyancing and surveying, as well as property management, land and new homes’ sales, corporate sales and property auctions.
