- Coordinate input from multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated and realistic project timelines.
- Lead planning and scheduling efforts across a portfolio of projects, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.
- Participate in planning reviews, audits, and schedule health assessments.
- Interface with project managers, engineering leads, procurement, and construction teams to monitor progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior planners and schedulers.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction phases of downstream projects.
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float, and earned value analysis.
- Support risk and change management processes by evaluating schedule impacts of changes and variations.
- Ensure compliance with project controls standards, procedures, and client requirements.
- Provide forecasting, variance analysis, and mitigation strategies to support proactive decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.

- Proven track record in EPC/EPCM project environments with complex multi-discipline engineering scopes.
- Strong understanding of WBS development, schedule risk analysis, and resource loading.
- Experienced in planning and scheduling in the oil & gas industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of engineering design workflows and procurement/construction integration.
- Familiarity with cost control and earned value management principles.
- Ability to work independently and lead planning on large-scale or multiple concurrent projects.
- Significant experience in downstream sectors (refining, petrochemical, gas processing).
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
