Manage builder displays, product samples, and selling tools to support sales efforts.
Conduct regular sales calls with builders and design centers within the assigned territory.
Conduct ongoing market research and analysis within the assigned region.
Represent MSI at trade shows and industry events as required.
Establish and maintain close working relationships with builders’ key purchasing personnel.
Communicate MSI’s competitive advantages to installation and countertop fabrication companies, positioning MSI as the vendor of choice.
Utilize marketing materials such as catalogs, brochures, and vendor collateral to promote MSI products within the territory.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with their hands and arms; and communicate verbally. The employee frequently sits and may occasionally stand or walk.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms preferred.
Willing to travel up to 90%, with most travel being local and occasional overnight trips.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
