Finanace Administrator

Description

• Validate subcontractor claims and process payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across both finance and non-finance teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives to ensure timely completion of claims.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and proactively take ownership of additional responsibilities, including payroll, billing, and reporting.
• Utilise internal and client systems effectively for data entry, verification, and record management.

Requirements

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and proactive problem solving
• The capability to manage and prioritise communication across multiple stakeholder groups
• Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Strong time-management and organisational abilities
• Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or finance support role
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders
