Complete detailed and accurate monthly financial forecasting reports and participate in our project status review (PSR) meetings.
Attend client and construction meetings as required and to disseminate the information to workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Estimating and assisting in estimating if required.
Support the project Foreman by developing a strong working relationship and provide project execution guidance for assigned projects.
Build and strengthen subcontractor and supplier relationships; review contracts for scope, maintain productivity, quality, and costs and ensure the projects are completed in a manner that supports the overall strategic and operational objectives of the company.
Attending job site progress walks and monitoring progress and schedule.
Actively participate and contribute in estimating turnover, and pre-construction meetings.
Ensuring that Modern Niagara’s safety standards are communicated and adhered to.
Participate in project reviews to foster the continuous process improvements.
Effectively manage the labour workforce on your respective project.

7-10 years experience in the construction industry in a Project Management capacity with a strong emphasis placed on Mechanical work.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Comfortable in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a proven track record of successfully prioritizing tasks based on demand and deadlines.
Experienced with, and a willingness to train and mentor team members.
Post-Secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work autonomously with frequent travel to site locations.
Fundamental understanding of project financial controls.
