- Have FRA level 4 residential, will accept Level 3 though must have mid-rise residential experience with desire to undertake high-rise with relevant technical abilities.
- CMIOSH – have or working towards Chartered Member, possibly a Technical Member.
- Diploma level qualification in Health and Safety.
- Experience of construction environments, fire engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum entry level NEBOSH, or NEBOSH Fire.
- Progress toward or attainment of Chartered Status with a relevant professional body (e.g. IOSH, IFE).
- IFSM Technician (TIFSM) Membership Grade.
- Equivalent practical work experience in fire, health and safety consultancy or related sectors may be acceptable in lieu of formal qualifications.
- CFRAR (Competent Fire Risk Assessors Register) desired (Ideally Tier 2 or willing to work towards Tier 2).
- Registered with the IFSM or IFE, with the minimum grade of Technician, or ideally Associate, ideally Member.
- Experience or training in risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems.
